TachyCorp is an unregistered technology-services brand operated from India, rather than an incorporated company. These terms describe the conditions for using its website and content. They do not replace a signed proposal, statement of work or services agreement. Any project agreement must identify the actual person or legal entity providing the services.
02Services and project agreements
The website introduces our engineering capabilities and potential areas of collaboration. Sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship, reserve delivery capacity or commit either party to a project.
Scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedules, timelines, intellectual property, confidentiality, support and termination must be agreed in a separate written agreement. That agreement governs the services it covers. Product concepts and roadmap descriptions are not commitments to release a feature or deliver it by a particular date.
