TachyCorp is an unregistered technology-services brand operated from India. References to “TachyCorp”, “we” and “us” refer to the person operating the brand, rather than an incorporated company.
This policy covers personal information handled through this website and related business inquiries, including inquiries from outside India. Client-system data and project-specific processing are covered by the relevant services agreement.
02Information you share
The inquiry form asks for your name, company, business email, optional phone number, service of interest, project description, budget range and expected timeline. We also receive information you include in subsequent correspondence.
Please share only what is needed to discuss your project. Do not send passwords, access keys, payment details, sensitive personal information or confidential client data through the form.
03How information is used
Inquiry information is used to respond to your request, understand your requirements, discuss a possible engagement and manage related correspondence. Technical information may also be used to operate the website, troubleshoot errors and prevent misuse.
Information provided for an inquiry is used for that inquiry and its follow-up. It does not automatically enrol you in a marketing list. Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw it by contacting us. Withdrawal may affect our ability to continue handling your inquiry, but does not affect processing already lawfully carried out.

TachyCorp operates from India and welcomes inquiries from other countries. Information may be handled in India and in the locations used by the hosting and email providers used to handle your inquiry. You can contact us with questions about where your information is handled. This policy does not limit mandatory privacy rights available under laws that apply to you.
